Q: My kit has two packages, or more, of oak chips in it. Am I supposed to add them all?

A: Yes. Wherever Winexpert's instructions call for the addition of a certain item, you are required to add ALL of the packages of that item found in the kit. This goes for packages of oak, fining agents like isinglass, and so on. The oak packages are packaged in standardized size bags, so often you are getting different quantities or types of oak depending on the style of wine being made.
