WHITE WINES
Chardonnay/Semillon
A traditional Brew King favorite. The combination of these two
exceptional varieties with the oak additive gives a depth of complexity and

Gewürztraminer
This immensely charming, exotic wine is true to its German translation:
spicy. Deeply colored and opulently aromatic, with and unmistakably
flowery perfume and flavors of lychees and roses. Crisp, lush, and
refreshing - a wonderful match with spicy foods, strong cheeses and fresh
fruits.
Johannisberg Riesling
The character of this fine German varietal is truly distinctive.
Displays a flowery bouquet, complex fruit and cinnamon flavors and a crisp,
clean finish. Versatile in paring with foods, especially seafood, pork or
veal.
Liebfraumilch Style
Brew King's new F-Pack™ provides the finishing touch for this popular
German classic. With a pronounced floral bouquet and a perfect marriage of
sweetness with a slight dry finish, this startling wine is mad for seafood and
strong cheeses.
Luna Bianca
Brew King's biggest, boldest white wine ever. In the spirit of the
great full-bodied Chardonnays of California and Australia, Luna Bianca is lush,
golden and rich. Dense, luscious, buttery aromas dance up from the glass.
Flavors of tropical fruits blend with the vanilla-oak backing - a technique
usually achieved through barrel fermentation with extended lees (yeast
sediment) contact. The high alcohol finished wine is smooth and
mouth-filling. Includes an F-Pack™ with pure Chardonnay juice -

Piesporter Style
The town of Piesport in the Mosel-Sarr-Ruwer wine region has an ideal steep
amphitheater site perfect for producing sound, honeyed, delicate wines.
Our version captures the classic flavor and magical fragrance of this respected
German style through the addition of our F-Pack™ and a special package of
dried elderflowers.
Sauvignon Blanc
Crisp and flavorful, this popular grape varietal has distinctive and
immediately recognizable characteristics. The famous grassy, herbaceous
bouquet and flinty aftertaste are here, with the generous acidity that is
typical of the grape. Steely, grassy and defiantly dry, nothing can
complement a meal better than Sauvignon Blanc, a unique wine which offers a
definitive counterpoint to the ubiquitous Chardonnay.
Symphony
Symphony is a white grape variety that defies tradition and convention. It is a crossing of two French grapes, Muscat of Alexandria, a white grape of intensely aromatic, "grapey" character, and Grenache Gris, a red grape with bold fruity aromas and zesty acidity. The resulting wine has incredibly intense aromas of melon, grapefruit, mango, peach, banana and papaya, the fruity character picks up a strong backbone from the acidity and hint of tannin carried over from the Grenache Gris. The name was endowed by a wine scientist who tasted one of the first wines made from this new hybrid and declared that it showed " a symphony of aromas and flavours. " Symphony is fabulous as a social wine, for sitting on the patio with friends, and is excellent with spicy foods like Szechuan or even Mexican. It is also great with sliced mango and papaya.
Viognier
A rarity among wines, the California Viognier is an exciting new addition.
This highly-regarded
white wine variety has a soft yet strong consistency, both full bodied and
delicate.
With hints of delicious fruit flavours and spice aromas, the Viognier's dry
intense taste will only have you craving more.
RED WINES
Barolo Style
Large and robust, this style is the one that lovers of big wines are looking
for. Made famous in Italy's Piedmont region - highly regarded for
its fine wines - this Barolo is rich in flavor and deep in color, with a rounded
oak aroma that lingers in the finish. Not surprisingly, Barolo is a
consistently popular offering year in and year out.
Cabernet Sauvignon
The noble California grape. Rich in tannins, it produces a deep,
full-bodied wine with intense aroma and flavor. A robust wine, perfect
with red meat or wild game. Best when aged for several months.
Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot
This popular blend combines the plump, fruity, earlier ageing Merlot grape
with the robust Cabernet Sauvignon grape for a powerful match.
Chianti Style
The pride of Italy's Tuscany region, this blend is famous for its full, dry
character and elegant flavors of cherries and blackberries. Sturdy and
robust, with tangy undertones and a slight spiciness. Ageing uncovers
depth of flavor.
Domaine Des Brumes
Fruity and robust, this deeply colored red wine has the unique distinction
of allowing for early consumption in the 'nouveau style'. A delicate wine
offering immediate flavors of strawberries and cherries. Chill for 20
minuets to really bring out these fruit qualities. A widely appealing wine
that is ideal for serving at parties.
Luna Rossa
Bold, robust and intense: Brew King's 'Big Red' is the largest, most
full-bodied red wine ever released! A dark, inviting color and rich, bold
oak-enhanced aromas suggest at what is to come: an abundance of mouth-filling,
chewy berry flavors. Luna Rossa is complex, with rich layers of fruit and
